I gave my baby up for adoption in 1982 - through the Child Welfare. We are reunited - although not through the Child Welfare. I would recommend that these ladies contact the Child Welfare who have moved their offices to Claremont. The contact number is 021-6744170. They will be dealing with counsellors who have their childrens' details on record and who should be able to arrange for counselling and a meeting. Most aparents update the records every now and then - some even leave messages for the bmother. Good luck to them all. They are to remember that they are 'whole' even though they do not have their child with them now. God only chooses very special people to give very special children the gift of life.
